Golden Jubilee Buses

London's Transport Museums RT 4712 on one of the special Golden Jubilee Tour seen here at West Croydon bus station. With a Stagecoach TA on route 75 behind. RT 4712 was built in 1954. The advertising is for 50 years of road saftey.

RM 6 The oldest surviving Routemaster still in Normal London service. RM 6 dates from 1959, and is now owned and operated by Arriva.The advertising is for Transport for London. Seen here at the Oxford Circus terminus of route 137 on 14 September 2002.

Leyland Titan, T 172 on route 63 at the Crystal Palace terminal. This bus dates from 1979. It is run by London Central, and also features advertising for Transport for London. Seen on 25 May 2002.

London's Transport Museum beus set 11 by EFE (Exclusive First Editions) These are three of the gold buses which worked on the streets of London during the summer of 2002 on the occasion of the Queen's Golden Jubilee.
