Victoria Embankment at dawn.

Victoria Embankment at dawn. August 1968. A 177 at the Charring Cross underground station. (now Embankment station). the 177 was a circular route from the Elephant and Castle and back via Westminster or Blackfriars. This was the same route as the 36 - 38 tram which it replaced.
