Vegetarian Christmas

What do I cook for a vegetarian at Christmas?  What  can I what as a vegetarian at Christmas?  What can I eat at Christmas that isn't turkey or meat/fish?  See below.
Vegetarians can have an almost traditional Christmas dinner  i.e.; roast potatoes, Brussels sprouts, carrots etc.  When it comes to the turkey you can substitute it for nut cutlets or my personal favourite, Quorn Roast (see picture below).  This is available from most supermarkets.

If anybody has any suggestions for this page, please write to us! veg@yellins.com

Here is an interesting article  for anybody planning a vegetarian/vegan Christmas for those that are not vegetarian themselves:  http://www.ehow.com/how_9217_vegetarian-christmas-feast.html
